North Carolina ends prohibition on hunting with silencers

Governor Pat McCrory signed H937 into law today, ending the legal prohibition on the use of legal firearms silencers while hunting in an otherwise lawful manner. A National Rifle Association omnibus bill that makes numerous changes to gun laws in North Carolina, H937 goes into effect on October 1, 2013.
